Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: City Tour in Cusco

• Upon your arrival at the Cusco airport, Mágicos Caminos staff will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel in Cusco.
• You will have a few hours to acclimatize to the altitude.
• In the afternoon, we will begin the City Tour in Cusco, boarding our transportation to the city center.
• We will visit the Cathedral of Cusco in the Main Square.
• Then, we will walk to Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), where Inca and Spanish cultures blend.
• We will head out of the city to visit Saqsayhuaman, with its impressive walls.
• We will continue to Qenqo, a mysterious place, and finally visit Pucapucara and Tambomachay.
• Return to your hotel in Cusco.

Day 2: Sacred Valley Tour – Aguas Calientes

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Our Mágicos Caminos transport will pick you up from your hotel to begin the tour of the Sacred Valley.
• Stop at the Taray viewpoint for photos of the Sacred Valley.
• Visit to the archaeological center of Pisaq and the Pisaq artisan market.
• Buffet lunch in Urubamba.
• Tour of the archaeological center of Ollantaytambo.
• We will board the train to Aguas Calientes (approx. 1h40min).
• Arrival in Aguas Calientes, transfer to the hotel, and briefing with your guide.
• Night in Aguas Calientes.

Day 3: Machu Picchu Full Day

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Transfer to the Aguas Calientes bus station and trip to Machu Picchu.
• Entry to the Machu Picchu Sanctuary for a guided tour of approximately 2 hours.
• Return to Aguas Calientes, where we will enjoy lunch.
• Transfer to the train station to return to Ollantaytambo and later transfer to Cusco with Mágicos Caminos.
• Return to your hotel in Cusco.

Day 4: Rainbow Mountain Tour Full Day

• Early departure without breakfast. Transport to Cusipata (approx. 2 hours).
• Breakfast in Cusipata and continuation to the starting point of the hike.
• Hike to Rainbow Mountain (approx. 1h30min).
• Time to enjoy the scenery and take photos.
• Lunch in Cusipata and return to Cusco.
• Arrival at your hotel in Cusco.

Day 5: End of the Trip

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Free day for personal activities.
• At the indicated time, Mágicos Caminos will pick you up for your transfer to the airport.
